With so many benefits, both physically and mentally, yoga can truly have such a positive impact on your well being and mental health. Not only does it improve strength and flexibility, but in a world consumed with chaos, it allows students to find a sense of calm and stillness.
I design creative, flowing sequences which enable students to reconnect to their bodies and breath whilst building strength and flexibility. My classes will make you smile and sweat but leave you feeling full of energy and positivity....
Since lock-down I have been running live online classes via zoom. These are a mixture of styles that are open to everyone.
