Fitness has always been a big part of my life. From a young teenager running on the treadmill in tracksuit bottoms and plimsols, to now where my life currently resides online teaching yoga and HIIT classes to my lovely students.
I have been into fitness since I can remember and qualified as a level 3 Personal trainer in 2016. My journey into yoga sparked over 8 years ago when I stumbled across a yoga class whilst travelling in Vietnam. I was hooked from that moment and when a chance to take a sabbatical at my then office job came up, I jumped at the opportunity to travel to India to gain my 200hr Yoga teaching certification with the Himalayan Yoga Valley, an experience I will never forget.
I have continued to take further training and now have over a thousand hours of teaching experience. Life has changed since Covid, I now teach all my classes online which are comprised of weekly HIIT and yoga classes. I really am a true believer in the cheesy quote “You are one workout away from a good mood”. Do come and practise with me, I try to provide a welcoming, fun and creative space for people to move, breathe and sweat.
I put on a mixture of yoga and HIIT classes every week online that are held via zoom. There is a variety of styles of yoga to suit all abilities, whether you fancy a slow, stretchy class or something more challenging, I have a class to suit your needs.
All of my HIIT classes are open level, each exercise has a modification option so you will never feel out of your depths. For those more experienced there are options to advance your class.
It is so important that we keep both physically and mentally healthy through these times. I strive to create a welcoming space for all levels and abilities, come and try out a class with me, we will sweat, laugh and most importantly breathe together.
Jess is a fantastic yoga teacher - I’ve progressed more in the two years I’ve been practising with her, than in the previous seven years! The mix of classes and styles means I can focus on strength as well as more regenerative postures - and the virtual format works remarkably well. I was worried when we started online as I often need the odd correction but Jess talks through each move and what/how we should be feeling which is a huge help. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough.
I've been doing yoga classes with Jess since 2019 and started HIIT classes with her last year. I've tried many yoga classes over the years at different studios and with different teachers and Jess's classes are, without a doubt, my favourite. Jess is such a lovely, warm and friendly teacher and I definitely recommend her classes.
I love taking classes with Jess, she caters to all abilities, including my very inflexible form, and every class is different, so I never get bored! I love the fact that I can either join in person but also have the flexibility to do it in my own time. Jess has really got me into yoga, something that I never thought could happen!
