Hey welcome to my website. Each week I put on a variety of live yoga classes, there is a class suitable for every level. The classes are via Zoom and can be taken from the comfort of your home.
The first class is free, follow the link below to book, and just select the free class option:
From then on, classes are only £5 with a class pack, or £6 for a single drop-in class.
All classes also have a recording available if you can't make the live class. Just sign up for the class as usual and I will send you the link afterwards.
Vinyasa flow - open level - A flowing class that links breath to movement. It's an open level class designed to build strength and flexibility. The classes are creative and fun, that will leave you feeling energised and revitalised.
Slow flow - open level - Slower paced class that links breath to movement. We still move fluidly but postures are held for longer and transitions are a little slower. A great class for beginners and for those looking for a more gentle/deeper practice.
Power yoga - A challenging vinyasa flow based class. The classes are focused on building strength. Expect to smile and sweat, but leave full of energy and positivity.
Please note this sometimes changes, the booking page will have the correct class times. However the general regular schedule is:
Tues 12:30 - 13:15 vinyasa flow
Wed 18:15 - 19:00 vinyasa flow
Thurs 08:00 - 08:45 vinyasa flow
12:30 - 13:15 slow flow
Fri 12:30 - 13:15 power yoga
Classes are all held via Zoom. If you haven't used zoom before you will be prompted to download the system via the booking link you are sent. It is really easy to use however please just drop me an email if you have any problems.
It is completely your choice whether you have your camera on - no pressure at all either way! I'm really looking forward to practicing with you, see you on the mat :)
