Hey, I'm Jess, a yoga teacher living and teaching in London. I have always had a love for all things health and fitness, I trained as a dancer in my early years before falling in love with my first yoga class in Vietnam 6 years ago. I had always been one for high intensity, massively sweaty classes before I discovered how much of an impact yoga had on my mind, strength and flexibility. After years of training I decided I wanted to be able to share the effects of yoga with other people so decided to take the leap and head to India to train at The Himalayan Yoga Valley with Lalit Kumar, whose teachings will always be an inspiration for me.
After getting past the first couple of nerve racking classes, my love of teaching began to grow. I now teach vinyasa, power and hatha classes for various studios, corporate companies and private clients across London and will be holding my second retreat in the UK in June. I try to create a welcoming, calm space with classes that are creative and fun but enable students to challenge themselves.
